Cutting and packaging: We cut, slice and package according to customer requirements. American beef shoulder core is usually cut and sliced as follows:
– Thinly sliced (2mm) for hot pot in 250g-500g trays.
– Thickly sliced (5mm) for quick grilling on an electric stove in 250g-500g trays.
– Cut into 1cm-2.5cm thick pieces to make steak, to grill (BBQ) to cook beef stew… vacuum packed as required.
Processing:
With the characteristic of quite soft meat and round-shaped pieces of meat when cut, American beef shoulder core is very suitable for beef steak, in addition, thinly sliced for hot pot or for grilling, stir-frying, beef stew, shaking… is also very delicious.
